Probably if you use Steams picture mode controller support. I just did this now, and it worked fine by itself. (Windows 10 has native DS4 support - Windows 7 does not ) I'm pretty sure you have to configure the controls in-game though. And as suggested by Terg; use DS4windows if it doesn't work natively.
