Tower Unite has a chance to make something truly unique. My favorite part of Tower Unite is condos and creating them. I enjoy making "quest" maps and i think TU could really benefit from adding simple additions. If they improve the Condo system they could allow players to make quests or minigame condos themselves with some of the following changes.

The first one you pick is being upgraded and if this one has a unique effect it will keep that unique effect. If it doesn't have an unique effect it will never get one.
