Location. Maryland. Lately I've become aware of the Phil McKnight show on YouTube. He seems like a pretty harmless guy all in all and I checked out a few episodes of his show. From what I can gather he is some sort of music store owner/repairman who basically buys guitars at GC to review and returns them afterwards or orders them from Sweetwater.
