Titano is the hardest for sure. Hard to tame are also dinos which are agressive but taming is passive but if you know how to do that then mantis, anthropulea and bat (dont rememer its name) will be easy to tame. Giga is a little bit hard to tame because its risky but still one person can do that alone. Basilisk is very easy.

Ovis: There's Ark Pre-Ovis and Ark Post-Ovis. I always carry two Criopoded babies for taming purposes, most powerful creature to tame carnivores and offer the best meal in game. CONS: Meat and Wool provider only. Baryonix: I had mutated some to use as a taming tame, they soak good damage, are fast and even are incredible water tames.

Some are "passive" tames, and passive taming is broken and incredibly irritating to many players but the Lystro, Diplo, and maybe the lil monkey, are the easiest Passive tames, though the key to taming the diplo and monkey is to make sure they aren't aware of your prescense (the lystro doesn't care), Ghillie suit allows you to just about touch
