Yes. while coloring your first frame, select ''Apply to All Frames'' in the tool properties (the icon with the arrow and 3 little squares). But make sure you have all your gaps closed before using it. It's also not 100% efficient if your character is complex. you'll still have to go back and rearrange frames. Hope this helps!

The "Apply To All Frames" is an option of the select tool. You can turn it off in the "Tool Properties" window. Oh, thank you! I must have selected it by accident. I appreciate the fast response! I do appreciate that "Apply to all frames" is in a big red box, that's the only reason I was able to figure out the problem, but it might be worth it to go one step farther and have "Apply to all frames" be checked on a per-tool basis. I'm seeing that I can still select+cut things by dragging a lasso and that works across all frames.

Frame markers are colour markers which you can quickly add in the Timeline view by right-clicking on a blank cell and selecting a colour under the Mark Frame option. These markers can be added to any frame, regardless of whether that frame contains a drawing. Unlike scene markers, frame markers are placed on a specific frame in a specific layer

I do believe that you can select a drawing element and then stepframe through the animation and shifts elect several more elements on different frames.
