Definitely install Briefing Videos and Thief 3 Gold. Thief 3 Gold is the real game changer that significantly improves gameplay, because it removes loading zones within missions and combines the smaller maps into large ones that are closer in size to missions in Thief 1 & 2 (the individual maps in TDS are tiny ). The rest is optional.
