If the devs have any sense at all they won't marginalise Tifa, and idgaf about the main ost but it should be her turn. Zack has price of freedom, Cloud has hollow, Aerith has NPtK so Tifa should have the part three track, but let's be real, the devs suck and it'll probably be Sephiroth getting one instead.

Nobody is going to end up with Aerith by accident. Aerith starting with a lot of points just gives her a chance - as I said before, you can get Tifa's affection level higher than Aerith's before you even see Aerith for the second time in the game. The tie-breaker doesn't matter. You'd have to purposely try to get them into a tie in the first place.
