There is one, exactly one Samsung laptop announced with the highest end X Elite SKU.. The vast majority are on this 3.4 GHz SKU. IMO this is Qualcomm's problem. They were setting expectations with the highest end SKU and apparently had to pull back max. memory speed from 8533 and are struggling with hitting those CPU clocks as well.
