Ok so I reworked every sword with a long-range projectile (except waffle iron wtf even is that) and mandible blade so they can stay true to the class name of "melee". Melee starts out melee, while range starts out with straight firing weapons. But eventually ranged and magic get homing and/or bouncing weapons, and ranged gets the ability to see further via the sniper rifle and/or scope. Melee needs a rework. Meta. Now that summoner is finally more loved than before (considering the fact that a lot of YouTubers and most terraria players in general do summoner playthroughs) the only class left in the dust is warrior. Assuming you have 7 accessory slots (master mode), the maximum increase you can get off of modifiers for melee speed, damage and crit is the same. 28%.
