This pretty much sums it up as far as I am aware. Banshees, scorpions and shining spears are your go to aspect warriors if you want to maximise the benefits that ynnari give craftworld units. Other aspects can still be useful in a general army/objective grabbing sense though, same as any craftworld eldar army.

Ynnari favors a melee army, so Kabal isn't going to take the most advantage of the Ynnari abilities. One advantage of Ynnari Drukhari is that you don't need to worry about keeping Kabal and Wych Cult separate. I would kind of recommend against starting with Craftworlds unless you wanted to convert some Shining Spears. 2.

A Craftworlds melee detachment actually comes out much better a small inclusion than Ynnari does, because there the limitation to one of each buff spell is irrelevant (whereas in theory the advantage of Ynnari is that their buffs are army-wide or area effects in most cases, able to hit multiple units.)

The Bad. Many of the units that were arguably OK in Ynnari got big point increases. The death of the supreme command detachment stops them bringing pure herohammer detachments. Smaller armies mean you have less space to be cute by trying to make a weaker faction function. In pure structural terms, 9th does do a bit for the death elves.

Since the Yncarne provides a 6+++ FnP aura, Ynnari are able to keep that extra level of resilience that pure Drukhari have lost from the change.
