My family member stays here, decent place but looks outdated, new maintenance man is very nice and experienced, overall a good place. NEW UPDATE EDIT: Summit Pointe Senior Living located in Marion, IA has been open for about 20 years, and almost nothing has been updated. Some of the rooms are still using 20 year old carpet and appliances.
