With a 4x12 the PT15 Sounds huge! I have the matching Suhr 2x12 and it also sounds great, I can't imagine it wouldn't be loud enough in a band setting even for hard rock and metal (more in line to what I play). I have not had a chance to play it in a band setting but I have cranked it to that level and I think it will hold its own no problem.
