We have lots of timezones so it's rare for more than 25 to be online for trap. We normally have 5 rally leaders and send 1 rally every minute, sometimes 6 rally leaders, sending every 45 seconds. If we don't have a lot online, I feel it is better if we send more rallies in the timeframe, even if they are not full.

Not too hard if your alliance can communicate well. Try focusing on troop size, and upgrading your top 3 heroes as much as possible. And rank up your training facilities as you ranked up headquarters and hero precinct. You need 2 types of each of the 3 groups of troops. They are not always the levels beside each other.

Several people say use sarge...sarge gives increased health against infected, which is useless in trap. Use your best hero's, a big part of this is skill level. A level 50 hero with level 5 skills can easily do more damage than a lvl 60 hero with level 1 skills. Use talent reset, switch to war mode, you don't need to max out all branches
