I think you misunderstand the twin paradox. The paradox is not about time travel, it's about a contradiction in the time dilatation between the twins. Here is the paradox : One twin is moving at very high speed relatively to the other twin. Since speed is relative, the situation is perfectly symmetrical for the other twin.
