Sous vide and sear on screaming hot cast iron, reverse sear, or go with grilling grates at 500-700 degrees and keep a probe in one as it will get to 135 in about ten minutes or less with 4 flips to get sear marks. I always leave them rolled and tied and will use garlic powder/black pepper or a good steak rub.

Costco sells their USDA Prime Ribeye for $15.99 and is often sold in 3-4.5 pound packages. On my most recent Costco trip, most ribeye packages were priced between $60 and $75. My $58 pack of ribeye steaks was the smallest that Costco offered that day. Costco also sells USDA Choice ribeye for $10.99, which is also sold in 3-5 pound packages.
