I've got a Spider IV but if they're similar, I'd just use either the "Metal" setting or the "Insane" setting. Drive: 3:00. Bass: 12:00. Mid: 4:00. Treb: 2:00. That's the general setting I use for most Muse songs, with tweaks where necessary. Sounds good, obviously yours is a different model though (I'm not aware how different).
