Emulate it. Scholarship edition is pretty bad since theres a few glitches and bugs from that edition and the new missions are awful. Emulate it, the PS2 art style matches perfectly the game atmosphere. Scholarship Edition ran with no problems for me and a friend of mine with Silent Patch installed.

Bully is THE best old school rpg. There aren't many games that can stack up to it, even nowadays. Always a must buy on sale. Much different to gta, you go to class and ride a bike around town.
