I've taken my 450MB image file, imported to Lightroom, and converted it to jpg. In the Export field I am unable to export at any size other than 84MB or 117MB while i would like to be close to, but not over 100MB. In the "Limit File Size" to field i set it to 100,000k but when that size is exported it comes out as 84MB.
