my first post here :-d. Just got a Seiko Astron yesterday :-d but I have two possible issues with it and I hope you can advice me. 1: main minute hand is approx 10 "seconds" out of allignment so it points exactly at the minute 10 seconds before the second hand reaches 12 (hope you understand :-s ) all other hands are exactly matched.

I have had this Astron for about 7 years now, few months ago I noticed it would not charge (can't get needle up from empty/low) but watch continues to work and keeps time accurately. I sent watch to Seiko USA and was quoted $398 for complete movement service that includes the shipping fee back to me.
