Culture is very open and relaxed and the management team are supportive. Great team around you and hardworking teams. Very strong work life balance, especially for working parents. Targeted environments, but that is reflective of the contracts. Working hours 08:30-5 Mon- Thurs and 08:30-4:30 on Friday. Mon-Friday.

Pros. None that I can think of regarding this. Cons. In recent weeks we have been advised that the Dublin branches of Seetec will all receive a pay rise for the cost of living. 1000 euro per year. This is only available for people who work in Dublin and not to the rest of their hard working staff all over the country.
