The inside turn is one and one-half turns (540 degrees of rotation) over 3 beats (5'6'7). You need to be able to turn 180 on each beat. You can use the rest beat on 4 to prep by pointing your left foot in the direction of your first turn (toward the leader) as @opendoor says. Half turns each on 5,6,7.
