I'll answer all of these in order: You can switch your gang affiliation with external mods / Sandbox+ with a command. You unlock the gangs cars by completing all of their missions, but you can buy them early I think. Xbox One controller should work immediately if plugged in before starting the game. M.

Well, considering how I've done only one playthrough so far, I went like this: 1. The Ronin. 2. Sons of Samedi. 3. The Brotherhood. The first two, I alternated in missions. However, I wanted to finish off the Sons of Samedi first but I wasn't aware that the question marked icons on the map were SOS and Brotherhood missions at the time.

Sr2: Ronin, Samedi, Brotherhood. SR1: Vice Kings, Carnales, Rollerz. Taking out the most powerful first, and it kind of aligns with what Warren Williams says in one cutscence that the Carnales "would've been ghosts right now" if Ben King hadn't been as focused on non criminal business.
