Q2. W - Skarner stomps the ground gaining shield dealing AOE damage and gaining extra shield for each enemy hit. E - Skarner charges foward (Similar to Sion R or Nunu W) allowing him to pass thru terrain. If he collides with enemy champion, he grabs them and is able to pin them to a wall stunning them and dealing extra damage.

Skarner is not doing damage no matter what you build. Full tank seems to be the only way to go since he only has ap scaling on his ult. W is flat scaling so does no damage. E damage is low and entirely conditional on hitting a wall for single target 10% bonus health damage (so not 10% max health). Thags not a lot.

Skarner becoming a dedicated tank with his builds is my biggest concern. Honestly, at first I hated it. But the more j think about it the more I like it. His kit is kinda problematic, let's not kid ourselves. Due to every other champ being so overtuned, we have to fight in the spires, otherwise we cannot win.

Skarner R is confirmed by your E which is Poppy E x Sion ult and Q in one (basic) ability except its uncleanse-able and longer CC uptime and its hitbox goes backwards. The W slow is to guarantee your Q. If you really cant figure this one out you might have some form of motor function impairment.
