There are plenty of examples of games that do it the right way, and mostly they're all purely cosmetic mtx. These games make so much money and even better, these games are free. Your mtx team needs to do better, get better artists, work on being able to dye more equipment, releasing new dyes, etc.. anything other than what they're doing now.
