Yes. Also add what you already tried so far. I've tried uninstalling RDR2, the Rockstar launcher, and RedM. Then reinstalling RDR2 and Rockstar launcher, then reinstall RedM in the drive that holders RDR2. Both are not run as admin. I ran Steam as not an administrator and init functions started to run when connecting.

I just bought the game and I have exactly the same problem. I removed the firewall, I removed the VLC software, I launched the laucher, it's the same impossible to connect after the creation of the character.

Posted July 19, 2008 (edited) GTA:SA was more like GTA: The Sims than anything else. My only problem with GTA4 is AI problems and some broken features (cannot use police computer to call for backup while on a mission). Oh, and the lack of a Police Uniform that we could use to help cops without getting in trouble.

Than once everything installed i launched epic launcher, click on GTAV, rockstar autologged in (because i guess it was running off my cloud save in PC) and I can play GTAV on desktop mode. Then, i exited out of desktop mode and launched epic launcher, clicked on GTAV, and it loads rockstar in the background while loading my game. 2.
