You could try to emulate it on PC too. If they don't pull a Rockstar and release the PS4/Switch port for PC at the end of the year, then we'll just have to stick to emulation for the foreseeable future. So the reason they haven't ported it to PC is that apparently the code for this game is a giant fucking mess.
