Prime hydration is not hydrating and taste terrible. It's not hydrating at all, and thats my opinion even though i've drank it while dehydrated. It's WAY too sweet. It's a little slimy thanks to the coconut water and the very explosive taste. It's a good idea, anf i'm glad it exists for those who like it, but not for me!
