Oct 10, 2013. 0. I have a 2006 379 Peter. It has 1157834 miles on a C15 Acert motor. About 2.5 months ago, my jakes seem like they are only half there. They make the sound but holding the truck or slowing it down, not so much. I found that the top of my wiring harness had been rubbed through partially by the AC lines across top of motor.
