From what I've seen: Extra Credits is pretty bad, or at least a lot of their content is. If you look up Extra Credits in Badhistory, you'll get a lot of posts pointing out inaccurate series. Some series are worse than others so it depends but their general failings are over-sensationalising and bad sources.
