I was mad with the nerf too…until I watched KarQ's video. Apparently, lucio was farming beat a little too fast with his previous DPS. So the nerf was basically due to him being a little overtuned in high ranks. I can understand the reason for the nerf now but I still don't agree with it. Really, really poor. This is not the way. Heal aura is still 40HP/S when amped, speed aura is still way too powerful. I mean, with Genji the nerf is more understandable, he still has his focus on offense and damage, but Lucio still has his focus on heal, movement, damage prevention and decent projectile damage.

Um, no. The Widowmaker scoped damage nerf was a huge nerf. The McCree flashbang nerf was a huge nerf. This Lucio change is nowhere near the same degree as the other two. How did you manage to get the cooldown of both Lucio boop and quick melee wrong by half? Lucio's is 4s and quick melee is 1s. Also, comparing them by cooldown only is absurd. Lucio's boop has a much larger range than Zen's kick. Technically, the kick can hit multiple people, but Lucio is much more likely to be able to boop multiple enemies.
