Go the widest line, slow down, take the tightest line through the corner, hit the gas and go wide. Tried and true. To be fair, this is Need For Speed which has cars that have a range longer than any electric car ever and somehow can escape from the cops unscathed. Pursuit breakers: I'm not sure.
