My printer keeps prining the same document and will not stop. It's been doing this since yesterday. There are no prints in the que. I tried stoping print spooler and then system32-printers. turned off printer. deleted files in the system folder. unplugged for at least 60 secs and restrated computer and plugged back in. WIthin a few minutes it returns to printing this document.

This is normal for such tall and thin prints for a bed slinger style printer. I suggest you reduce your print speed to below 60mm/s and acceleration to less than 1000mm/s, and use a brim and higher infill settings. It will still happen, but it won't look that bad.
