Not really. Morocco was a French protectorate and not part of France. And the Ottoman empire is a different entity from today's Turkey. But there are plenty of irredentist claims out there, based on more or less solid historical claims. Morocco's claim over Mauritania was very weak, in the 60s, imo. Now it's a joke.
