your vd isnt setup it sounds like. you need to sideload the virtual desktop app to q2. then download the virtual desktop - desktop streaming software from their website. launch VD on q2 and it will connect to pc. You have to launch games from the "Games" tab in VD. Anything else will result in weird fuckery.
