That pretty much just leaves the 5900X and 5950x. The 5950X is extreme overkill, also not a great value, and honestly not that much better than the 5900X unless you absolutely need the extra 8 threads. So, 5900X is easily the best recommendation on the AMD side, at least if you can get it at MSRP.

I'm not an expert but I know a bit about computers, I don't run the same shaders but my computer is a Ryzen 5 3600 with a 3060ti, it is a desktop so it runs cooler but I get way more fps at 1080p with shaders, I'm usually around 100-120fps, again I don't run the exact same so I can't say for sure there is a reason but I'll try to rule out possible reasons.
