If you're using Xemu, use Qwix to make an xIso of the DLC package folder and load that into Xemu as a disc. Make sure you're using the proper regions for the installers. (Don't use PAL install if you are using a NTSC disc) I installed the one from Digiex and it doesn't show up as corrupted. The one digiex shows corrupted when I install it.
