Make Kel happy, have Kel use Flex, give the hyperactive child coffee, and with the last one make Kel Ecstatic. Kel, from here on out, becomes a Solar Beam glass cannon. Every other turn you use Flex, and then you Run'N'Gun. Rinse and Repeat. Also the Fox Tail you get from beating the bears is worth it and makes this so much easier.
