I think the following changes to the Scav Karma system would really help out those trying to play the way the system incentivizes it without punishing hostile scavs more than they already are. - If a Scav has shot, but not killed another non-hostile Scav, they should be marked as Neutral you should get 0.00 karma shift if you kill them

Cause it will only lead to bad Scenarios like i stated above, u need to implement a System which favors higher Scav Karma BSG(Past Scav Karma 6.0), be it getting a Weekly Present from Fence (Higher Scav karma->Better/more Loot) or a completely different reward System. ADMIN MOD. Max scav karma makes you defenseless. Issue. Losing 2.1 rep from fence at lvl6 karma is so broken. I dont even bother having a weapon out on my scav anymore. It literally takes away any means of self-defense for max scav karma players. I lose 2.1 rep for any kills that where not a player scav that shot me first.

Your Scav Karma opens different loot pools to pull from at different karma thresholds, but the actual Scav loadout you get is completely RNG based on the available loot pools and individual item probabilities. Do you peek at the official EFT sub at all? There are multiple posts about max Scav rep scavs spawning naked or almost naked.
