It it definitely doesn't mean anything without qualifying statements of what test it is based on, because IQ isn't a meaningful number independent of the specific test taken. If someone claimed they had an IQ of 200, I would immediately revise my estimate of their actual intelligence down from where I had estimated it before they spoke. 2.

Share. 6_3_6. • 2 yr. ago. What I think is that IQ scores become a mess once they fall outside of a couple SDs and an IQ score of 200 is absolutely meaningless. If there were meaningful ways to measure intelligence or g at very high levels, however, I think IQ's going past 200 would be cool.
