I enjoy thinking about that stuff too. It's fun when imagining a future scenario to consider mundane things from our regular world we might assume would be replaced by something futuristic, but which may have in fact more or less reached peak design already, or just be something that no one would have bothered to create a newer version of. The sci-fi worlds I find myself enjoying the most

On Thursday Xbox Wire shared how 343 Industries and Xbox took everything they learned from bringing Halo: The Master Chief Collection to PC to making Halo Infinite a game that looks, feels and plays like a PC shooter should, all the while honoring the legacy of what makes Halo, Halo.. Head over to the post to read all about it and watch the video to hear directly from both the PC team and the

Cortana's fate is one of the Infinite campaign's big mysteries, and early in the story, you will meet a new UNSC AI, "the Weapon", that was created to help stop Cortana. Together with the Pilot, the Master Chief, and the Weapon begin an epic adventure to explore Zeta Halo, defeat the Banished forces who control the ring, and unravel

I really hope the Halo 1-3 gameplay returns. Halo 5 Mythic Arena was so incredibly fun. That, to me, was true Halo. 343 already made the right call by scaling back the overdesigned geometry and visual clutter of 4 and 5 and returning to the clean and minimalist look of the early Halo games.

It seems you have already answered this question: Halo Infinite Master Chief. The next step, since you have already decided you want to work with foam, is to find some templates for you to follow. The 405th does have a vast armory with all sorts of files, but we do not have halo infinite templates just yet.

There's less things to differentiate good and bad players. Map design and spawns are fucked, together with weapons, so a noob can spawn behind you and shoot you before he's even on the radar. There's a reason why Halo 3 is both MORE competetive than Infinite, yet also MORE casual and fun. It's called good design.

So far it doesn't have even a quarter of active players those other games have. It also doesn't have nearly the same flexibility from an infrastructure standpoint to support consistent and meaningful content updates and patches. Yet I'd assume the cost of making Halo Infinite was as much if not more than any of those other games I mentioned.
