It is going to be extremely difficult to average more than 120 average placement points a game unless you win most games. Therefore you would have to get 14 kills every game. In the open round of the FNCS warmup (which is probably extremely similar to Arena), only the squad of Zexrow, Vinny, Calc, and Mackwood managed to achieve that level.
