If i was going to pick one comic to invest in that is still affordable and has the most long-term potential, i would pick She-Hulk #1. Particularly, the Direct Edition version. Back in 1980, the Direct Sales market was miniscule compared to the newstand. There are far fewer Direct Sale version copies of She-Hulk #1, and much fewer 9.8 copies
