Megacrit damage bonus is a additive crit.dmg bonus. So talent at level 100 means you get +400% crit damage. In your 1.88x case it's 5.88x crit damage. So with 77b - 124b damage range and with 200% crit chance your basic attacks will do 452b - 729b. Which is how it is working.
