I like Maggi Vegetable Atta noodles. They have more fiber than regular Maggi and doesn't.. er.. upset the tummy as much. And it also has real veggies in it. I typically fry up a bunch of onions and garlic and ginger, add Maggi and seasoning and lots of Kashmiri chili powder or cayenne, and cook (rehydrate) the noodles for 90 seconds or so.

Instructions. Boil your noodles for a minute and drain. Heat your pan on medium, add in some oil, then your whipped egg, and a dash of salt. Cook until just firm, chopping your egg up into small pieces, then take it out of the pan. Add in more oil to the same pan, wait for it to heat up, then add in your onions.

Heinz noodles really were the best and quite right they simply disappeared. I've been saying for years Maggi noodles are crap , just horrible compared to other brands. Since you shop at Checkers you should try out the Roka noodles, they are quite nice and they have more in them than the Kellogg's packs.
