The point of being low rank is that you don't understand the game and need to learn it. Balance isn't an issue in most cases but when something does become extreme they address it. Nothing on your list is extreme. For an example of where they have made a change look at the most recent Rein nerfs.

I think the idea that lower ranks don't matter when it comes to balance changes because they don't understand the meta or can't use the meta comps or whatever is kinda foolish and a little rude to the majority of the playerbase. Lower ranked players want to have fun too. 10 Likes.

High hand is as we all know (according to the regular hand ranking). Low hand is considered 5 cards 8 or lower (including the Ace) with no pairs. Flushes and straights are not counted. The best low hand is A,2,3,4,5 and the worse low hand is 4,5,6,7,8. I find a very nice explanation about it. you can find it here

This is probably the one thing most high rank players don't understand, the fact that most players in lower ranks usually don't think about teamwork in the game. Don't get me wrong, some higher ranked players have the empathy to understand the struggles of being in a lower rank.

Someone who's at 500, or 1000, or 1500 meets just as many dishonest players as you do, but they still manage to win more than they lose against players at your level. You can know about all that stuff and be stuck on a low rating just by lapses of concentration and not seeing ahead. That's my situation lol.

Because I don't believe low level players should complicate the game too much. He couldn't strafe, had no understanding of ADAD-movement, forgot how to play CS in chaotic situations, couldn't control recoil with AK, M4 and all of the other guns and then he wants to learn how to rotate efficiently and use utility probably.
