Bluesound (for example) dropped SMBV1 support several years ago. Personally, I don't think it's unreasonable of Sonos to drop SMBV1 support. ... I just added an Amp (#6 in my system). From the Sonos app, I'm unable to play anything. I receive the "Something went wrong. Try again later." message. I can play to the Amp via Airplay 2 without issue. I too am holding off on making a new purchase (Arc + 2x Era 300 + Sub) until and if this junk gets sorted out. M.

I got the Arc, 2 subs, and 2 one's. I setup the arc and 2 subs using my ipad, everything worked flawlessly, I prefer to be able to adjust the Arc and subs from my Z Fold 3 also, is that an option, bc in my phone I go into the Sonos app and I choose join existing system and it says it can't find the Sonos on my mobile devices network.
