No there isn't anyway. I thought there was a mod that let you eat cannibals. The mod would have raw meat in the inventory after you killed one. Can't remember the name. There's a few good cannibal mods. There was actually a quite involved mod in the workshop. It had butchering tables and what not, a whole tech tree.

You can with mods have access to the cannibal races as playable characters but you still cannot eat people, there might be a mod out there for turning severed limbs into food though but not sure about that. #2.
