Thanks. A lot of the higher end buildings like the villas, bathhouse. Forum etc I think look pretty Roman, but when i used the same style across all the buildings (like the little low income dwellings) it all started to blend together. I might give it another go and look at some of the buildings, roads and other bits to make it feel more Roman.

After the Impressions games (Ceasar, Pharoah, Zeus, Poseidon, Rise of the Middle Kingdom), I'd say the best ancient city builder is Grand Ages: Rome.
