Blue lines are where hotglue should be, just don't make it wider than the green plastic thing is otherwise it won't fit into the "slot". That's because the Logitech shifter is modeled after an automobile shifter not a truck shifter. The gears in a semi truck are set up completely different than in a car. 1st gear position *is* reverse gear on most gearboxes... the game correctly sets the shifter up by default, there's nothing to change.
