In order for us to download your skin, we need to open Workshop Tools. To do this, go to the Steam library => click on CS2 => Properties => Add. Content => Check the box on CS2 Workshop Tools => Done! Now we open CS2 via Steam. We have a window with a choice of CS2 or Workshop Tools => select Workshop Tools.
